Eligibility:  You must be an HLAMN Affiliate Member* to sponsor an activity or exhibit.  Learn more about Affiliate Membership Here.  If you are a current Affiliate Member - please be sure you have logged on to complete the registration.

All Meals, Breaks, Sessions, and Exhibits will be in one area.

  • The layout of the exhibit hall be released approximately 3 weeks prior to the event.  We are making every effort to organize the exhibits based on total number of exhibitors registered.

Exhibitor Booth 

  • Exhibit Booth | $1250 (2 booth reps are included with your registration)

  • Additional Exhibit Reps | $250 per person (maximum of 4 reps per booth)

HLAMN 2026 Sponsorship & Exhibitor Agreements

Cancellation Policy: All exhibits and sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibits and sponsorships are not reserved until HLAMN receives payment. Cancellations must be received in writing to the HLAMN office by Friday, August 21, 2026 11:59 pm U.S. Central Time to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded. To ensure the best available booth locations to HLAMN conference exhibitors, the association has authority to reassign booth space that is cancelled by an organization without refund of fees paid.
