David Anderson, Senior Vice President, leads Frauenshuh Inc’s. corporate services team, providing representation and consultation to healthcare real estate tenants, independent practice groups and major health systems to support business performance through properly aligned and executed real estate and portfolio strategies. David’s practice includes strategic advisory services, tenant and buyer representation, development, investment and project management delivery on a local and national level. David’s professional experience spans over 33 years, including broad ranging experience working with independent, specialty and institutional healthcare entities on an array of real estate projects from strategic real estate and market analysis, site selection, acquisitions, land and building development, financing, government permitting and incentives, and overall project management. Throughout his career, David has been directly involved in the advancement of commercial and healthcare real estate transactions and development projects totaling more than $3.5 billion in value.

Jeff helps lead our Frauenshuh Property Management department. He oversees a portfolio of commercial office, medical office and corporate facilities consisting of over 1,500,000 square feet. His team consists of three Property Managers, two Property Administrators and three teams of engineers. Jeff’s primary responsibilities include property operations, financial oversight, leasing support, project management, as long and short-term strategic planning at both the property and corporate levels. He also works closely with the ownership team to drive process implementation along with procedural improvements.

Mark Sharockman
CFO & Controller
Frauenshuh, Inc.
Mark Sharockman oversees the finance, accounting, information technology and insurance functions for Frauenshuh, Inc., including the property portfolio. Mark has more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations and accounting, and throughout his career has been instrumental in strategic and operational decision- making, including implementation of analytical tools to evaluate investment performance, business performance and business growth opportunities.

Dylan McCormick leads the Frauenshuh Project Management team and has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on healthcare. His experience in architecture, construction, and project management provides him with a well-rounded understanding of facility planning and the building process. Dylan’s management approach is customer-centric, strategic, thoughtful, and
collaborative. His involvement during the earliest stages of the project proves essential to long-term success by supporting the team in establishing an effective and realistic project plan.

Troy McCulloch

Troy McCulloch is the Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of Noran Neurological Clinic, P.A. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare finance and operations, Troy has led financial strategy, revenue cycle management, business performance improvements, and strategic operations within large physician owned medical groups and integrated health systems. He is known for his collaborative leadership style, strategic insight, and commitment to advancing high quality healthcare delivery. Troy holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.
