HLAMN 2025 Sponsorship & Exhibitor Agreements
Cancellation Policy: All exhibits and sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibits and sponsorships are not reserved until HLAMN receives payment. Cancellations must be received in writing to the HLAMN office by Friday, February 13, 2026 11:59 pm U.S. Central Time to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded. To ensure the best available booth locations to HLAMN conference exhibitors, the association has authority to reassign booth space that is cancelled by an organization without refund of fees paid.
