Cyber Security: Defending Against Cyber Predators

With Expert Panelists:

Peter Martinson, Blue Team Alpha
Ryan Goldberg, Integris
Brad Nigh, FR Secure

Friday General Session:

How do we assure that we are not the weakest in the herd?  Bad actors will find their easy prey.  This session will provide guidance in strengthening your security posture.

Educational Learning Objectives:

  • Protect the Castle - Why we build walls and moats. (We know the threat actor can get in if they are determined. But putting up lots of layers, walls, makes it harder so they will go somewhere else.)
  • Security Awareness - Employees are on the front line and probably don't know it.
  • Speed of recovery - Why backups are important and the expense of not having them.

Integris, Director of Central Technical Operations

For over 20 years I’ve been focused on transforming technology into business results. While the engineer in me will never fall out of love with driving efficiency, my real joy is rooted in watching others succeed and be able to realize their own best self. I thirst for complicated problems to solve,
but I’m driven to help others get closer to solutions.
