Dr. Jermaine Davis

Before earning the prestigious College Instructor of the Year Award, Dr. Jermaine Davis worked in corporate America, for companies like IBM, Keebler Cookies, and Frito-Lay in sales, marketing, and management. Today, he’s an award-winning Professor of Communication Studies at Century College and Organizational Leadership at St. Catherine’s University. He’s also the author of 10 books, including Get Up Off Your Butt & Do It NOW and Leading with Greatness.


Dr. Jermaine holds a BA and MA in Speech Communications and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. His passion lies in helping teams and organizations create healthy and positive work environments so ALL employees can succeed.
Known for his engaging “3 C’s Approach” communication, cooperation, and collaboration, Dr. Jermaine is dedicated to empowering leaders and teams so they can thrive and flourish.
