Louis Suarez (Colliers)

Louis joined Colliers in 2003 and is a member of the Colliers Healthcare Services Group, specializing in leasing, sales and strategic consulting services for the healthcare industry. Louis has taken an active leadership role by establishing and building the Colliers National Healthcare Services Group platform. Louis has a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of St. Thomas and has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to continued professional development with his CCIM and SIOR designations.

Trina Sjoberg (Winthrop)

Trina represents developers, owners, operators, investors and lenders in a broad range of real estate matters, including the sale, acquisition, financing and development of real estate. Her practice includes guiding the development of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, including senior housing cooperatives. She has also have extensive experience in office, medical office, retail, industrial and stadium lease matters. In addition, she provides advice and counsel to lenders in construction, real estate and asset-based financing and to general contractors and architects in construction contracts and architectural agreements. 

Katie Johnson (Winthrop)

Katie represents a wide range of businesses across all sizes and industries, from start-ups, family shops and individuals to Fortune 500 business, and non-profit organizations. She works with clients through every aspect of real estate transactions, including the purchase or lease agreement, due diligence, financing, working through tax concerns and structuring, entitlements, licensing and approvals, title issues, surveys, environmental concerns and zoning.
