Wednesday General Session - Understanding and Leading Change

In this session, master facilitator and executive coach Jill Hauwiller will help leaders understand the rapid pace of change and their role in guiding individuals and teams to successful outcomes. Jill will introduce simple yet powerful change management frameworks and give participants an opportunity to apply these models to current and future change initiatives. Participants will leave with an increased understanding of and confidence to lead change in organizations.
