Event Details

Registration starts at 10:30 am

Shotgun start at 11:30 am


Rates and Registration

$125 per golfer (cost includes green fees, driving range, cart, lunch, and a ticket to the opening reception at the DECC)

$500 per foursome

Individual registrations will be grouped together into foursomes.

Limit of 100 participants (25 total foursomes)

Note: Payment is required prior to the event, and names of the golfers must be included with your registration.

Attendee Policies


All cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing to director@healthcareleadersmn.org by July 1st, 2024, to be eligible for a refund of the registration fee less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after July 1st, 2024. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.


Any person who attends an HLAMN event grants permission to HLAMN to record his or her visual/audio images, including but not limited to photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and for HLAMN to use his or her name and such recorded material without notification for any purpose, including advertisements for future programs and HLAMN.
