This is your opportunity to learn about and participate in HLAMN's grassroots efforts. We all know the benefits of networking in our day-to-day professional lives. The same philosophy can be applied to our efforts advocating on behalf of our patients and practices at the legislature.

We have the Cass Gilbert Library Room on the 3rd Floor of the Capitol reserved from 8:00am-10:30am.
The Capitol does not open to the public until 8:00am.

The "Do's and Don'ts" of the Capitol and Meeting with Leglislators

9:30 - 11:00 am

Meeting with Leglisators as Desired and Attending Committee Hearings

11:15 am

Winter Conference Networking Lunch at St. Paul RiverCentre

*Please note this schedule is somewhat fluid depending on certain meetings / hearings that may be scheduled for this day.  There will also be a press conference on the prior authorization bill the morning of March 5 which we may able to attend, and it is antiipated that a hearing of the prior authorization bill will occur that morning as well.

Parking at the Capitol

Metered parking is available at the following locations on the Capitol Complex:

Andersen Parking Ramp (PDF) (south of 35E, off Cedar St. and E. 10th St.) is adjacent to Andersen Building.

Centennial Parking Ramp (PDF) (Orange Level, east of the Centennial Office Building, access from Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard)
