AI in Healthcare Leadership | How it Works, Where It Fits, and Where Leaders Come In
AI is already part of the environment healthcare leaders work in. It is showing up in inboxes, vendor platforms, EHR systems, and everyday staff use, often before anyone has set a clear plan for it. Whether or not you use these tools yourself, the questions are landing on your desk: what can we rely on, where does it fit, and who is responsible when it gets something wrong. This interactive session gives healthcare leaders a clearer, more practical understanding of how AI actually works and why it can be genuinely useful and still be confidently wrong. Through real examples and discussion, the session focuses on where AI is reaching into healthcare operations and how leaders can think clearly about its use.
